Do I need an account to edit?
No. Editing works without an account. Sign in to save your latest document or, where purchases are available, to buy a download pass.
Will my pass renew by itself?
No. A pass is a one-time payment for 2, 7 or 30 days. It ends on its own.
How do I get a refund?
Choose “Payments & refunds” above and include your order number. Within 7 days and before any download, you can ask for a refund. Double charges and problems on our side are always refunded. See the payment terms.
How do I delete my data?
Choose “Something else”, or email us, from the email of your Paperly account. Tell us whether to clear stored documents and fonts or delete the entire account. We verify ownership before acting and confirm completion. Signing out alone does not delete stored files. If you cannot use that email anymore, contact us so we can arrange another ownership check.
