Editing and saving are free. A download pass lets you download your edited documents as often as you like until it ends. A pass starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. It is a one-time payment: there is no subscription and it never renews automatically.
AI credits pay for the optional Paperly AI assistant. A credit pack is also a one-time payment. Its credits are added to the account you are signed in with once your payment is confirmed; they do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be moved to another account. The assistant shows the price of a request before you send it: 1 credit for every 400 characters of text, at least 2 credits for a change to a whole page and at least 3 for a new document. A request that gives no usable answer uses no credits. To keep the service available, an account can make 100 requests a day, and the assistant can pause for everyone when its daily capacity is used up.

Card, Link and Apple Pay payments are charged in US dollars; your bank may add a currency conversion fee. PromptPay amounts are in Thai baht, converted at the Bank of Thailand reference rate, and the exact amount is shown before you pay.
How payment works
Payments are processed by Stripe. Paperly never sees or stores your card number. On the card page Stripe may offer Link, its service for paying with details you saved with Stripe, and Apple Pay on Apple devices; using either is your choice. A PromptPay QR code is valid for a limited time; if it expires, start the payment again. Your pass or credits are added to the account you are signed in with once Stripe confirms the payment.
Billing support & refundsEligibility, requests and processing times
- You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded any file with that pass.
- You can ask for a full refund of an AI credit pack within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits since you bought it. The credits of a refunded pack are removed from your account.
- We always refund in full if you were charged twice, or if a problem on our side stopped you from downloading or from receiving your credits, even after 7 days.
- To ask, email us from the account you paid with and include the order number. We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- The pass ends when a refund is made, and refunded credits are removed.
Receipts and price changes
Stripe emails a receipt for each payment. If prices change, passes you have already bought are not affected.
